To download the general training certificate, select "General Certificate."

To download the housekeeping certificate, select "Housekeeping Certificate."

To download the enrollment card for general or housekeeping training, select "Enrollment Card (General/Housekeeping)."

Enter your passport number, NID, or birth registration number.

Enter the captcha code.

Click on the "Search" button.

If the payment is not yet completed, make the payment.

After the payment is successful, you can view the card or certificate.

Click the "Download" button to download the card or certificate.
